Where is the Box Office located?
Our Box Office is located in the lobby of the Indio Performing Arts Center. Tickets can also be purchased anytime online at www.dtworks.org.
What are the Box Office hours?

Do you offer season subscriptions?
Yes! We offer two money-saving options:
- 
Full Season Subscription – Save 20% on the entire season
 - 
Mini Season Subscription – Choose any 4 shows and save 15%
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. - 
 
Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes! Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability).

Exchanges are $2.50 per ticket.
 - 
Season Subscription holders enjoy complimentary exchanges.
 - 
Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours before your original performance.
 
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may give your tickets to friends or family.
What if I miss my performance? We’re unable to refund or credit unused tickets once the performance has passed.
Is accessible seating available?
Yes! DTW offers accessible and companion seating at every performance. Please contact the Box Office before purchasing so we can best accommodate your needs.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of10 or more are eligible for 15% off tickets. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.  Contact the Box Office for details.
Do children need tickets?
Yes, every audience member must have a ticket. Some shows may not be suitable for young children—please check show descriptions for age recommendations.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to showtime to allow time for parking, ticket scanning, and seating. Doors open approximately 30 minutes before curtain.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late seating is at the discretion of house management and may be held until a suitable break in the performance.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available near the Indio Performing Arts Center. Additional street parking may also be available.
Can I bring food or drinks into the theatre?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Concessions are available for purchase in the lobby.
