All Sales Are Final
All tickets are non-refundable. Please confirm your dates and times before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production with 48 hours' notice.
Ticket Donations
Unused tickets can be donated back to the foundation as a tax-deductible contribution if released before showtime.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Contact the box office to have your tickets reprinted or held at Will Call with valid identification.
Weather & Emergencies
Performances continue as scheduled during inclement weather unless a state of emergency is declared.
Late Arrivals
We aim to start all performances promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager during a suitable break in the performance to minimize disruption to the artists and fellow audience members.
Groups
Theatre is best experienced together. We offer discounted rates for groups of 10 or more. Our group sales coordinator is available to help you arrange priority seating and post-show discussions for your organization.
Will Call
Tickets held at Will Call can be collected from the Box Office starting 90 minutes before showtime. Please bring the credit card used for purchase and a valid photo ID for verification.
Gift Certificates
Gift the magic of live performance. StageWorks gift certificates never expire and can be redeemed for any regular season production. Available for purchase online or at the Box Office in any denomination.
