Ticket Policy 2018/19 Season
Making a Purchase
Season and individual ticket purchases may be made securely online, by phone, or in person at The Indio Performing Arts Center (at 45-175 Fargo St. Indio, CA 92201). Group sales are available by phone only. Desert Theatreworks accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
No Refunds Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for unused tickets, whether they were purchased individually or as part of a subscription or group package.
Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied to tickets that have already been purchased.
Payment for Reservations
Tickets cannot be reserved without payment, which must be received at the time of purchase.
Receipt of Tickets
Tickets purchased are available under the patron's name for pick up at Will Call within 45 minutes of performance time. To receive tickets in advance, please provide your email address and we will email your tickets to you.
Season Ticket Holders may exchange tickets with no service charges. For individual ticket purchases - a $2.50 charge will apply to each ticket exchanged. Tickets may be only be exchanged for a different performance time of the same show based on availability.
All seating is assigned (except certain special events). Your seat number can be found on your ticket. Patrons requiring special seating consideration due to a medical condition should notify the Box Office staff during ticket purchase.
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled performance time. The theater will be opened for seating by the House Manager approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain. Latecomers will be seated completely at the discretion of the House Manager at the first appropriate break that allows for the least disruption for the actors and audience. Please notify the House Manager if you know you will be late to a performance so the House Manager can be prepared. The House Manager can be reached at 760-980-1455.
Performance cancellations due to inclement weather or other circumstances are very rare. When a performance must be canceled, we will make every attempt to contact you to make arrangements for an alternate date. Please note: Desert Theatreworks does not offer refunds when a performance has taken place regardless of the circumstances.
Show Title Changes
Season titles are subject to change. On very rare occasions, Desert Theatreworks may change a show(s) that is being produced. Desert Theatreworks will always substitute a show that is comparable to the show being substituted. We will contact ticket holders and inform them as soon as possible. Please note: Desert Theatreworks does not offer refunds for tickets to a title that is changed, regardless of the circumstances.
Food & Beverage Policy
Food & Beverages purchased from our snack bar are permitted in our lobby and theater.
