Ticket Policy 2016/17 Season
Making a Purchase
Season and individual ticket purchases, may be made securely online, by phone, or in person at The Joslyn Center Lobby at (73-750 Catalina Way, Palm Desert, CA 92260). Flex tickets and group sales, are available by phone only.
No Refunds Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and no credits will be issued for unused tickets, whether they were purchased individually or as part of a subscription, group or flex ticket package. Refunds are not available for shows that must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Methods of Payment
Desert Theatreworks accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
Payment for Reservations
Tickets cannot be reserved without payment, which must be received at the time of purchase.
Receipt of Tickets
Tickets purchased are available under the patron's name for pick up at Will Call within 45 minutes of performance time. To receive tickets in advance, please provide your email address and we will email your tickets to you.
Season Ticket Holders- may exchange tickets with no service charges. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance time of the same show based on availability.
Flex Ticket Holders- may exchange tickets with no service charges. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance time of the same show based on availability.
For individual ticket purchases - a $2.50 charge will apply to each ticket exchanged. Tickets may only be exchanged for a different performance of the same show based on availability.
General Admission Seating
All seating is general admission. Patrons requiring special seating consideration due to a medical condition should notify the Box Office Staff upon arrival to receive special seating arrangements.
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled performance time. The theatre will be opened for seating by the House Manager approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
Latecomers will be seated completely at the discretion of the House Manager at the first appropriate break that allows for the least disruption for the actors, as well as the rest of the audience. Please notify the House Manager if you know you will be late to a performance so the House Manager can be prepared. The House Manager can be reached at 760-980-1455
Performance cancellations and rescheduling due to inclement weather or any other circumstances are very rare. When a performance must be canceled or rescheduled, we will make every attempt to contact you to make arrangements for an alternate date. Please note: Desert Theatreworks does not offer refunds regardless of the circumstances.
Food & Beverage Policy
Food & Beverages purchased from our snack bar are permitted in our lobby and theater.
